- Are you a people pleaser?
- Do you feel overwhelmed by the world and think this is your fault?
- Do you feel like you are not living up to who you are supposed to be? Like there should be more to you?
Meeting your origin
Ho’oponopono is the process of getting back in your core. The ancient Hawaiians believed that when you are born, you are whole, complete. You are a full bowl of light. But because of experiences in life we take on Pōhaku, stones blocking our innate light. Pōhaku means ‘to sit on the origin’. The only word we know for this is trauma, but a pōhaku can be much more essential than that, like:
The belief that you can never change this
Who are you without the belief that you can never change? We have come to truly believe we need to live being afraid of our power and this is just who we are. Ho’oponopono is the ritual of releasing these pōhaku through forgiveness.
The power of forgiveness
You know that saying ‘forgiven but not forgotten’? When something is actually forgiven, it holds no more power in the present. And there is no longer a reason to remember it. Deep forgiveness, (the one that actually works!), doesn’t come from your thoughts but from deep in the lower belly.
Haku Ho’oponopono
There are many different ways ho’oponopono is known and practiced today in the western world. In business settings or with the four mantras. However traditional ho’oponopono derives from centuries of traditions. Yme studied Ho’oponopono close to its roots from a hawaiian teacher, embedded in the teachings to ensure it‘s done correctly in it’s rightful energy. As such Yme has been granted the title Haku (master).
Lomi Lomi
In the broader traditional healing process of the hawaiians, Lomi Lomi was often done after Ho’oponopono to integrate all the work soundly in the body. Loveful touch is a real trauma dissolver, and helps peeling off these layers. We hold Pohaku in all layers of our being, and luckily all these layers meet in our body. Lomi Lomi is the loveful journey of reconnecting to lost pieces of yourself. It is a combination of bodywork and energetic treatment.
Yme van Galen
‘It feels like absolutely nothing is helping’ I thought in the middle of my burn-out. Nothing gave me energy anymore, until I literally started working with energy myself. The path of forgiveness and bodywork changed everything for me.
My Story
Aloha (Alo: I am in the now, Ha: Breath of Life)
I am Yme, and i lost contact to myself already pretty early on in my life, to the point where my body refused to cooperate and i got into a burn-out. I tried to think how I was going to be happy from my head all the time, but because of that I was continuously tense. I didn’t even notice the signals until one day I walked the street and literally fell over and my girlfriend had to hold me up. I just couldn’t go on anymore.
I went to psychologists and psychiatrists for help, but they walked time and time again with me in all my pitfalls. They tried solving the problem that I was too much in my head by talking in to… well, my head. The real problem was that i wasn’t connected to my real self and that’s why i fell over. Therapists generally were more occupied practicing their newest method instead of trying to see who they really had in front of them.
I thought there was no one who understood me. I had the deep desire to be seen in my essence by someone, through my charade of toughness and hyperactivity.
Dream
I wanted to become the person for others that i have always missed myself: the one who truly sees people. That’s why i started to make my living from helping people. I’m a graduated mental healthcare worker: specialist in behavioral change. I worked with troubled youth and people with psychiatric disorders like schizofrenia and anti-social behavioral disorder.
Started out as Multidimensional healer, Yme is now Haku Ho’oponopono and Lomi Lomi massage therapist with a base in Taoism and Qi-gong.

"Men can be carried by men, women can be carried and supported by women. And sometimes it is also nice to receive the loving attention, as a woman, from another man. A man who is safe, where it feels safe to be to receive... to lie on the table and feel that the nurturing feels close to the nurturing of a father towards his daughter. That is healing. Healing for me and many women. Your gentle care even made me go into very deep relaxation, I even went away for a while, to another world. Thank you for the beautiful trip."

"Yme is a born healer. You recognize them immediately. They carry a great Light, are conscious and have a wisdom that they received in their DNA. From a place that we also call the Source. Yme is a Source Worker and Lomi Lomi in his hands, in his Being, makes a perfect combination. Yme is truly fully present and a beautiful channel for 'Aloha'. Aloha is the Universal Love that is the power of healing in every Lomi Lomi ritual. I have had the honor of being his trainer also received from him. His energy is balanced: feminine and masculine, tender and powerful. I also felt that these two forces were stimulated within myself. Yme is safe: he does not come to take or bring anything. He is exactly where as a healer you are in the space of the agenda-free, pure NOW. In that place the miracle that is healing takes place. Yme takes you on a safe journey within yourself and knows how to connect you to a place that we call home. Yes, a LomiLomi with Yme is highly recommended.”

“The body never lies and under Yme's hands a deep connection is created with your real and true being. You go on a trutful inner journey, where Yme is an authentic and special tour guide for you. Lomi Lomi is not just any massage. It is the hands in combination with the Field under which the body gives you insights that you can continue with or work on. He made a deep impression on me: such a nice soul, warm, loving, powerful and in contact with the larger Field. You are safe in his hands and under his touch you are ready to continue your journey.”

“What a special experience the Lomi Lomi massage at Yme. For me, it normally takes quite some effort to fully relax, but the genuine feeling of security that Yme offered allowed me to quickly surrender to the massage. This allowed me to really sink into my body and let go of pieces that I had been holding onto for a long time. After the treatment I really felt much lighter and my body felt so much nicer and softer.”
